Cold Calling & Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a motivated female Cold Calling Sales Agent and Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Urdu to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, professionalism in handling customer inquiries and complaints, and a strong ability to convert leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls in Urdu to engage potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services effectively.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up communications with professionalism.
- Convert leads into customers while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Accurately document calls, leads, orders, and customer feedback.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and confidence in sales conversations.
- Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
