Cold Calling

We are seeking multiple Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role is ideal for confident communicators who can engage with international prospects, effectively pitch our services, and generate sales opportunities primarily through cold calling. While previous sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates with strong English communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to international prospects.
- Introduce and pitch our services to potential clients.
- Handle objections and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Work consistently towards achieving daily and monthly sales KPIs.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in interacting with international clients.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred but not essential.
- A professional demeanor and a results-driven mindset are highly valued.
- Compensation during the 3-month probation period includes a basic salary of PKR 40,000 per month, incentives up to PKR 40,000 based on KPI achievement, and a 1% sales commission.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cavalry Ground, Lahore.
