Cold Calling

Nexdeer is looking for confident and motivated Cold Callers to join our energetic sales team. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and have strong communication skills. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Nexdeer’s digital marketing services, understand their business needs, and generate qualified leads to support the sales process. We seek individuals who are target-driven, professional, and enthusiastic about learning and growing within the company. This position requires working onsite in Multan.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clearly and effectively introduce Nexdeer’s digital marketing services to prospects.
- Identify interested prospects and assess their specific business requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads to assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Schedule meetings with prospects who express interest in the services.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to nurture and develop relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead statuses, and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets to contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications
- Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage new prospects confidently.
- Proficient spoken English to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- A target-oriented mindset combined with a professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Ability to work onsite in Multan.
