Cold Calling Specialist UK Recruitment - Fluent British/North American English Required

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Lahore for a Cold Calling Specialist / Business Development Executive supporting a UK-based recruitment firm. The role focuses on making a high volume of outbound B2B calls to HR managers and business leaders with the goal of identifying recruitment needs and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent professional English communication skills, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle objections and follow up effectively. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 90,000 to 150,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily HR managers and business leaders, to explore recruitment opportunities.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their hiring needs and present relevant recruitment solutions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
- Identify and qualify new business prospects to support company growth targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with client requirements.
- Handle objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent professional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound B2B calling, preferably in recruitment, staffing, lead generation, or telesales.
- Strong objection handling and follow-up skills to nurture leads and close business opportunities.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to engage senior decision-makers effectively.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during the morning shift in Lahore.
