COLD CALLING SPECIALISTS

We are seeking motivated and confident Cold Calling Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, generating interest in our services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Pakistan and requires availability for the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and pitch services professionally.
- Understand client needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Confidently handle objections and respond to client inquiries.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently work towards achieving both individual and team sales goals.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling or sales is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Previous experience in client or customer handling.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in digital marketing sales or campaign sales will be considered a strong advantage.
