As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Collections Agent to join our remote team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, following established protocols to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delinquent accounts, including payment arrangements, communications, and invoices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that balances high customer satisfaction with effective collections efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve customer issues and disputes.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal collection laws and regulations in all activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level or higher; knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and a headset suitable for remote work.
