Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead – Collection with prior experience in the fintech industry to lead our collection team, achieve recovery targets, and ensure effective customer communication. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and call quality.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding overdue payments.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve collection-related issues professionally.
Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, recovery procedures, and customer service standards.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.
