Comba Pakistan is looking to hire highly motivated individual with strong Administrative Skills, backed with hands on expertise.

The preferred candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. The candidate will look after variety of tasks related to Administration, including but not limited to:

 

  • Overseeing work of Administrative Support Staff
  • Ensuring all goods/services available are up to standards and getting the problems fixed, when encountered
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relations with vendors/suppliers
  • Preparing reports as and when required
  • Assist in managing the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office and computer equipment
  • Ensuring compliance to the implemented information security policies
  • Coordinate with Group Team for financial and HR issues

 

Skills

At least Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related subject Good verbal & written communication skill Ability to multi-task & work independently with little direction Result oriented, determined and Smart-working. Prior experience of similar nature will be preferred.
