Community Officer

We are looking for an addition to our hospitality team, a leader who is ready to take charge of our facility. As an all-rounder with a cross-disciplinary skill set, you will empower your team to operate independently and deliver the exceptional Comence experience to our residents on a daily basis. We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented individual with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with our residents. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us?

This role requires daily operations tasks to be completed, and any hospitality issues are communicated and escalated to maintain the integrity of our residents’ experience.

Your impactful goals will include:

Creating a welcoming and enriching environment for our residents
Providing excellent client service, ensuring resident satisfaction
Efficiently managing daily operations
Building and fostering strong relationships with residents and team members
Handling and resolving any hospitality issues promptly and effectively
Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service

What does a typical day at Comence look like for you:

Welcoming and interacting with residents, addressing their needs and concerns
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly
Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service
Handling any escalations and resolving issues with tact and empathy
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the resident experience

What we are looking for

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality leadership role

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in providing exceptional client service
Strong team player, highly organized, strong multitasker
Ease of learning and ability to retain and apply knowledge
Takes the initiative and direction and is a self-directed learner
Must be efficient while being precise and having an eye for detail
Possess high level of integrity, accountability, work ethic, and empathy
Experience in a coworking or shared office space environment is an asset
Demonstrates sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Advanced working knowledge of MS Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, social media etc.
