Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process via live chat, social media DMs, and online postings without making phone calls.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable comic products.
- Clearly explain product details and answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Engage in persuasive conversations to confidently close sales.
- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining high-quality communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of comic trends, characters, and market demands to better assist customers.

- Strong knowledge of comics, including characters, artwork styles, and related products.
- Proven ability to understand and interpret customer preferences in the comic market.
- Excellent written communication skills with fast and accurate typing speed.
