Health & Virtuals is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Associate to join our fully remote, full-time team. This role involves supporting daily operations of commercial insurance accounts, assisting clients with service requests, and ensuring accurate management of insurance documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, gathering information, and providing timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing commercial insurance quotes using carrier platforms and established procedures.
- Support policy management tasks including endorsements, renewals, and updates, ensuring accuracy of business and policy information.
- Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ACORD forms in compliance with guidelines.
- Coordinate lender and mortgage-related insurance requests, including required documentation.
- Respond to billing inquiries, liaise with clients and carriers, and follow up on outstanding billing issues.
- Maintain accurate client records, update account information, and document communications and service activities.
- Track service requests, monitor pending items, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Confidence in handling professional calls and communicating effectively with business clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfortable working with online platforms, digital tools, and computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work schedules aligned with U.S. time zones.
