Commercial Manager

HDDP Consultants is recruiting on behalf of Synergy Technologies for the position of Manager Commercial/Technical Sales, based in Lahore and Karachi. The role calls for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to spearhead sales and business development efforts for a premium global fitness brand. This position requires a strategic leader capable of driving growth, managing teams, and building strong client relationships within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commercial and technical sales functions to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on B2B channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and premium brand partners.
- Oversee team performance, providing guidance and motivation to meet sales goals.
- Conduct negotiations and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand management teams to enhance brand presence and market penetration.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA or Engineering degree from a reputable institute.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and brand management.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working with premium brands and dealing with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable.
- Background in the fitness equipment industry will be considered an advantage.

Important Considerations:
- Candidates from FMCG backgrounds will not be considered.
- Experience limited to remote or platform-based sales roles is not suitable for this position.
