Commission-Based Sales Jobs

MARS BPO is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals fluent in English to join our international call center team in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with international customers to promote and sell products and services. Candidates will handle customer inquiries, overcome objections, follow up with prospects, and close sales, earning commission-based pay with additional performance bonuses. This position suits those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Both experienced sales professionals and fresh candidates with strong English skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
