Job Description

Communication Impact Services, an International company is looking for energetic, confident and dedicated candidates who possess good English communication skills, with ability to multi task and perform under pressure.

Candidates would be provided with free professional training. Experience of inbound / outbound marketing and web-based services will be preferred. However, FRESH candidates with Strong English Communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct two-way dialog on phone
  • Fluency in spoken English, correct grammar, comprehension.
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly, pay attention to details and have good analytical skills.
  • Possess computer literacy, basic MS Excel, Word and keyboarding skills.
  • Must be Punctual, Service-Oriented worker, strong team player, dependable, having good work ethics.
  • Preference will be given to experienced candidates; however fresh candidates with good spoken English will also be considered.

  • Salary:  30,000/- to  60,000/-
  • Performance based cash incentive
  • Bonuses: as per policy & on completion of one year of service bonus equivalent to one basic pay.
  • Commission:  We anticipate you must earn commission of minimum Rs. 50,000/- Plus Basic Salary. .  

 Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fluency In English.
  • Punctuality & Reliability.
