Community Manager

MGC Developments is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager to join their team based at Chaaye Khana, Bahria Town, Phase-8, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, engaging, and managing both online and offline communities to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and uphold a positive brand image. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to support company campaigns and foster strong connections with clients, customers, and potential leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the company’s online communities across various social media platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to queries, comments, and messages in a professional manner.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and prospective leads.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align community activities with company campaigns.
- Monitor community feedback and address any concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Organize both online and offline events and engagement activities to foster community interaction.
- Maintain a positive brand image and prepare regular reports on community engagement metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
- Strong skills in social media management and content coordination.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- A proactive, creative, and target-driven approach to community management.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs24,000 to Rs100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role based at the MGC Head Office near Al-Jannat Mall, GT Road, Islamabad.
