We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Community Manager to drive the growth and engagement of our diverse community, which includes customers, content creators, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for crafting compelling content that builds trust and encourages interaction. This role demands a proactive professional who can effectively represent the brand, manage community relationships, and collaborate with various teams to boost product awareness and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations, addressing technical questions and showcasing key features to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, delivering valuable feedback to support product improvements.
- Create clear and concise technical content such as explainers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging product videos and educational courses tailored to the target audience.
- Represent the brand professionally during live sessions, webinars, and interviews, demonstrating a confident on-camera presence.
- Build and nurture community relationships to foster collaboration, feedback sharing, and brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage users across social media, forums, and partner channels.
- Participate actively in online discussions on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Quora to advocate for Cloudways services and assist users.
- Work closely with marketing teams to leverage affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing to expand community reach.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, affiliates, and partners within the industry to strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in community relations management, technical content creation, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Confident and engaging on-camera presence for live sessions, webinars, and interviews.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience creating engaging technical content.
- Familiarity with marketing channels including affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in social media engagement and comfortable interacting with communities on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and Quora.
- Experience collaborating with content creators to develop video tutorials, courses, or similar media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
