Company Spokesperson & Client Relations Executive

Rocco Video Private Limited, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking to hire a full-time, on-site Company Spokesperson & Client Relations Executive. This role requires a confident and articulate professional who will represent the company in various business settings, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both local and international clients, business partners, and corporate delegations.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, corporate events, and international business interactions.
- Clearly communicate the company’s services, operations, and business goals.
- Develop and sustain strong B2B and B2C client relationships.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and seminars with professionalism.
- Support business development efforts, including lead generation and client retention.
- Negotiate business proposals, commercial agreements, and partnerships effectively.
- Coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and business partners to enhance company outreach.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality suitable for public representation.
- Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business operations, and performance reporting.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in client relations, public relations, corporate communications, or business development is considered an advantage.
