Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of four compliance professionals to ensure efficient operation of the compliance function.
Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements as needed.
Perform quantitative risk assessments to analyze potential compliance risks and support risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance activities, findings, and incidents to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance audits, policies, and monitoring activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ethics and governance initiatives across the organization.
Stay updated on emerging regulations, industry trends, and best practices in compliance and risk management.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees regarding compliance obligations and ethical standards.
