We are seeking a talented Filmmaker to join our creative team. As a Filmmaker, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through the production of high-quality videos. From pre-production planning to post-production editing, you will play a vital role in every stage of the filmmaking process.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Production:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and ideas.
  • Create shot lists, storyboards, and scripts as needed for each project.
  • Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, and scheduling talent.

Production:

  • Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices during shoots.
  • Direct talent and crew members to achieve desired shots and performances.
  • Ensure that all footage is captured according to the project's specifications and creative vision.

Post-Production:

  • Edit video footage using industry-standard software, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Add graphics, special effects, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
  • Color-grade footage to achieve a consistent and polished look across all projects.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets strategic goals.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of video content.

Deadline Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Communicate project timelines and deliverables to stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience with color grading and post-production techniques to enhance visual quality.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
