Computan is looking for a results-driven, team-oriented Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with team and customer prospects.   • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets the marketing industry. 
  • Lead efforts to identify and engage potential clients, generating new leads through collaboration, market research, networking, and outreach. 
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. 
  • Analyze the market’s potential, and track sales and status reports. 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. 
  • Continuously improve through feedback. 
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase performance. 
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market 
  • Strong understanding of the target market and industry trends. 
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 
  • Proficient in English. 
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the software development industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
