Computer House is seeking a skilled PHP Developer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and expertise in developing RESTful APIs. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining back-end components to ensure responsive and efficient server-side performance. As a PHP Developer, you work closely with front-end developers and other team members to create seamless and robust web applications without managing a team.
The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot and optimize existing code and contribute innovative solutions to meet project deadlines. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable, and well-documented PHP code while adhering to best development practices and collaborating effectively to solve technical challenges. Familiarity with database management and integration is also essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy server-side logic using PHP frameworks to support web application functionality.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between client-side and server-side systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform updates to improve functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Work with relational databases to create, read, update, and delete data as needed by applications.
- Understand project requirements and contribute to technical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure secure and scalable application design considering data protection and privacy requirements.
