Computer Information Services is looking for a " Business Lead " for Karachi Office.Location: TIPU Sultan Road, KHI.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Accounting Modules will be a plus point.
- Responding to clients' queries.
- Providing technical assistance for queries and problems raised by clients.
- Identifying and resolving system applications and other issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
