- Intermediate with Computer Science as an elective subject, AND
- (II) Minimum one-year Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Software from a recognized institution.

- The maximum age limit is 35 years, with an upper age relaxation of 10 years (5 years general plus an additional 5 years special relaxation).
