Key Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems to provide accurate and timely data.
- Prepare and set up equipment for operations by accessing required software.
- Maintain comprehensive incident logs for all monitored systems to track issues and resolutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and testing on equipment following manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software malfunctions efficiently.
- Continuously monitor IT operations processing schedules and respond proactively to any deviations.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries from internal IT department customers regarding computer-related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve related results and support overall IT department goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating computer systems and managing IT equipment.
