We are seeking an experienced Computer Operator to join a pharmaceutical distribution company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily invoicing tasks, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing various data entries related to discounts, market returns, and order processing. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily invoices and related documentation accurately.
- Enter daily discount information and maintain customer records, including DSL and STRN details.
- Record and update market returns in the system on a daily basis.
- Generate and share daily reports with relevant teams and company email distribution.
- Print invoices and summaries, ensuring all documents are verified with warehouse and suppliers.
- Manage daily closing of market orders to maintain operational flow.
- Create quotations and special offer letters as required.
- Maintain and update mobile application IDs to support business activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a computer operator, preferably within the pharmaceutical distribution or related industry.
- Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer records and handle multiple data streams efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management and coordination with warehouse teams.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
- Competence in using company email systems and printing documentation.
