Responsibilities:
- Reviewing query performance and optimizing code
- Writing queries used for front-end applications (websites, desktop applications, or cloud apps)
- Designing and coding database tables to store the application’s data
- Data modeling to visualize database structure
- Working with application developers to create optimized queries
- Creating database triggers for automation
- Creating table indexes to improve database performance
- Programming views, stored procedures, and functions
- Perform analysis of already available data
- Analyze the existing data, reports, to identify root causes.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Use available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot any issues/problems
- Conversion of raw data into meaning full data
- Evaluate existing database
Must Have:
Experience using MS SQL Server
Preferred:
- Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
- Develop processes for optimizing database security.
- Set and maintain database standards.
- Manage database access.
- Performance tuning of database systems.
- Install, upgrade, and manage database applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
- Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.
Qualification:
- At least BCS
- Experience:
- At least 02 years
