About the Role

Invozone is looking for an experienced Computer Vision Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in image processing, video analytics, deep learning, and object detection, along with hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready computer vision models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy computer vision and deep learning models.

  • Build solutions for object detection, object tracking, image classification, image segmentation, and video analytics.

  • Work with frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

  • Implement and fine-tune models such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and other relevant architectures.

  • Collect, clean, annotate, and preprocess image and video datasets.

  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and mean Average Precision (mAP).

  • Optimize models for real-time inference, accuracy, and performance.

  • Deploy computer vision models through REST APIs and integrate them with existing applications.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and project managers.

  • Troubleshoot model performance issues and improve model accuracy and reliability.

  • Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • 3+ Years of professional experience with computer vision

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with OpenCV, NumPy, and image processing techniques.

  • Practical experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Strong understanding of CNNs, deep learning, and computer vision fundamentals.

  • Experience with object detection, tracking, image classification, or segmentation.

  • Experience training, evaluating, and fine-tuning deep learning models.

  • Familiarity with data annotation, dataset preparation, and model evaluation.

  • Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

  • Understanding of Git, Docker, and model deployment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real-time video processing and streaming.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and TensorRT.

  • Experience with ONNX and model optimization.

  • Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud deployment.

  • Experience with edge AI devices or embedded vision systems.

  • Experience integrating computer vision solutions into production applications.

  • Model accuracy and performance against project-defined targets.

  • Inference speed and processing efficiency.

  • Quality and reliability of deployed solutions.

  • Timely delivery of assigned tasks.

  • Code quality, test coverage, and documentation.
