- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Conduct testing to ensure that softwares are bug-free and meet the organization's quality standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the software is developed in a way that is conducive to testing and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Preferably have knowledge of Automate testing processes
- Preferably can design, develop and execute automation scripts using tools
- Document and report defects found during testing and works with the development team to ensure they are resolved.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that software is being developed according to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure that software products perform well under different workloads.
- Participate in release management
