EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

–      Develop opportunities to publicize the mission and work of CGSPL with existing and new potential partners, whether employers or institutional (e.g., conferences, campaigns) 

–      Ensure that CGSPL team is fully equipped with external collateral (e.g., presentations & proposals) that clearly and effectively articulate the latest view of our mission, program activities and impact to date.

 TEAM BUILDING

–      Build a team for support in Business Development and Partnerships for Services.

–      Managing, develop and coaching team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

LOCATION

The position will be based in Multan. The position could involve traveling nationally for 90% of the time.

REPORTING

The position will report to the Director Services / CEO.

SALARY

The position will be a full-time, permanent post with traditional / attractive benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience and competitive as in the market. 

DESIRABLE PROFILE

  • Candidates for this role would be expected to possess the following experience and qualifications:
  •  Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience. 
  • Sales and/or marketing experience required, with a proven track record of success. Experience related to the public sector and private sectors sources highly desirable.
  •  Proven track record of success in cultivating and managing complex programmatic partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage an extremely high-volume workload at a fast pace with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
  •  Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence and inspire diverse stakeholders in a range of geographic, cultural and industry contexts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly written communication
  • Ability to set vision and direction and inspire others around that vision
  • Strong strategic problem-solver and innovative thinker
  • Data-driven approach in presenting/influencing and informing decisions
