COMSATS Internet Services (CIS), Pakistan's pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced Retired Army Officer Rank (Major) for appointment on contract basis against the post of Dy. General Manager (Recovery & Collection for Islamabad Office. Details of the said position and placement is as under.

Job Description:

Oversee and streamline recovery & collections processes for prompt recovery.
Ensure that collection targets are met as per the collection target.
Coordinate Sales team to resolve the issue to expedite the collection effort.
Managing members of the team while planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of recovery and collection functions and processes.
To perform duty in close relation with the other department/nodes to speed up recoveries and to resolve recovery related inquires/issues for revenue assurance.
Negotiate payment programs with delinquent customers, bad debt recovery and bad debt recovery records.
Oversee and collections processes as well as to process past due invoices to the customer for prompt recovery.
Working closely with Head of department to respond to recovery and collection concerns with existing and potential customers.
