COMSATS Internet Services (CIS), Pakistan's pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced Retired Army Officer Rank (Lieutenant Colonel), for appointment on contract basis against the post of General Manager (Recovery & Collection for Islamabad Office. Details of the said position and placement is as under.
Job Description:
- Manages recovery team, handles complaints or critical calls of client.
- Manage and guide recovery team for all recovery procedure.
- To work in close relation with the other department/nodes heads to expedite recovery related inquires/issues for revenue assurance.
- Taking the challenge to meet the recovery target and report to the Management.
- Makes sure employees comply with company policies when contacting individuals and other companies to collect over dues.
- Identifies areas of the collection process that need improvement and implement an enhanced process that will help collectors be more effective.
- Deal clients regarding payments, dues, balance payments & any other issues related to installments of clients.
- Coordinates with sales, billing and accounts department regarding client recovery issues or queries especially online payments in banks made by clients.
- Identify defaulter clients, negotiates payment arrangements and follows up to make sure the payments are made.
- Monitors call reports to make sure collectors are making enough phone contacts each day.
- A customer focused professional with high level of interpersonal and communication skills of customer listening, negotiating & resolved their issues within the limits of organization and up to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
- Ensure that the collection amount deposited properly to the account of the company.
- Responsible for revenue assurance by resolving order and invoice disputes; maintaining strong customer relationship; resolving problems with bank transfer etc.
- Responsible to accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Any other task given by the management.
