- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Data center infrastructure management.
- Check OS (window or Linux) disk space issues
- Manage and monitor all virtualization environments.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Design of information and operational support systems.
- Mentor and train junior staff and new ICT support staff.
- Providing fellow system administrators and support representatives with technical support and guidance.
- Assisting clients in transferring accounts to servers.
