We are looking for professional who has moderate knowledge of e-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Woo Commerce, e-Bays, Walmart Stores etc). Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions. Being an Customer Support for e-Commerce representative ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Required Skills
- Reach out to customers for reviews or notify them for issues with order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer returns, notify of issues with return, flag suspicious customer taking advantage of system.
- Monitor order fulfillment and follow up till successful delivery.
