The role involves configuring and maintaining software and technological components for projects executed for Wipro’s clients. The candidate will work closely with various business units to ensure that application configurations align with client requirements and support ongoing business needs. This position demands a proactive approach to system analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring applications based on client specifications and requirements.
- Gather configuration requirements from different functions, business units, and service lines, securing approvals from business owners.
- Plan and execute configuration tasks within stipulated deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide ongoing system configuration support to accommodate evolving business needs.
- Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities to maintain system integrity.
- Aid in the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintain the configuration archive, ensuring it is up-to-date and compliant with standards.
- Ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures.
- Modify existing configuration processes as per client requirements, maintaining proper documentation and logs.
- Analyze and resolve configuration-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage MIS reporting and provide backend support as required.
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters for clients and stakeholders.
- Document and report configuration standards and changes according to client needs.
- Resolve issues related to modifications or changes requested by clients in the shortest possible time.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software configuration and system support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Gen AI technologies.
- Proven ability to manage configuration tasks with high accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, testing, and patch management.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address configuration issues efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across business units.
