The role focuses on configuring and maintaining software and technological components for projects delivered to Wipro clients. The incumbent will work closely with various business units and stakeholders to ensure that application configurations align with client requirements and business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to system analysis, design, development, and testing, along with ongoing support for system upgrades and patch releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide assistance in configuring applications based on client-specific requirements.
- Gather configuration requirements from functions, business units, and service lines, securing necessary approvals from business owners.
- Plan and execute configuration tasks within established deadlines.
- Offer system configuration support in response to evolving business needs.
- Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintain and manage the configuration archive to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures.
- Modify existing configuration processes as per client requirements, maintaining detailed documentation and logs.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- Manage MIS, reporting, and backend support functions.
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters for clients and stakeholders.
- Document and report on configuration standards as required.
- Resolve issues related to modifications or change requests efficiently and within minimal timeframes.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software configuration and system support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Gen AI technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver error-free onboarding and implementation with adherence to schedules.
- Experience in continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) management.
- Ability to complete assigned certifications and skill upgrades to support ongoing professional development.
