We are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, proficiency in Mailjet or similar email marketing platforms, and a knack for data sourcing and sorting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Utilize Mailjet or similar email marketing platforms to create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability and inbox placement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, including copy, design, and multimedia elements.
- Segment email lists based on various criteria, such as demographics, behavior, and engagement levels, to deliver targeted and personalized messaging.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
- Monitor key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously innovate and enhance our email marketing strategy.
- Conduct data sourcing and sorting activities to maintain the integrity and quality of our email databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Work closely with the marketing analytics team to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform email marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, rendering, and integration with other systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Expertise in using email marketing platforms, such as Mailjet, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Proficient in data sourcing and sorting techniques, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices, spam regulations, and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in email marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
