Connectify Global Marketing is seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is must.
- Telecom experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell company products or services.
- Generate qualified leads through effective calling and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the system.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and handle objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify promising leads and optimize sales campaigns.
- Demonstrate persistence and motivation despite challenges and customer rejections.
- Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining strong ethical standards.
- Utilize basic computer knowledge to operate telephony and sales software efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time and priorities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, sales trends, and potential product improvements.
