Consolidation Executive

Aston International is seeking a motivated and experienced LCL Consolidator Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LCL consolidation and freight forwarding, with a proven ability to manage operations efficiently while maintaining excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires close coordination with overseas agents, shipping lines, and local teams to ensure smooth shipment processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage LCL consolidation operations and shipments from start to finish.
- Coordinate effectively with overseas agents, shipping lines, and local operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Handle pricing, quotations, and space management to optimize shipment capacity and cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate competitive rates with co-loaders and shipping partners to maintain profitability.
- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and customer requirements to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents and business partners to support ongoing business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in LCL consolidation and freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
