Construction Estimator

Arrants Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at our Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) location. This full-time position requires working on-site during the night shift, with hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, aligned with US timings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in construction estimation and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for construction projects.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budgets.
- Maintain thorough documentation of estimates and assumptions for future reference.
- Analyze project costs and identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.
- Support bidding and proposal processes by providing timely and precise cost data.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction estimation.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Residency in Bahria Town Karachi is preferred to facilitate on-site work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on US-based construction projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with US construction standards and project requirements will be an advantage.
