Construction Incharge

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction In-Charge to lead and manage construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Candidates with a solid background in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works, especially those experienced in industrial construction, structural works, LGS structures, PEB sheds, and factory projects, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site.
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction work in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee foundations, RCC works, masonry, steel structures, LGS structures, PEB sheds, roofing, cladding, and finishing tasks.
- Monitor the installation and execution of mechanical and electrical works, collaborating with relevant technical teams.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, and approved construction procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare daily progress reports, highlight site issues, and communicate project status to management.
- Control material wastage and promote efficient use of resources.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural works, and project execution processes.
- Working familiarity with civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction specifications accurately.
- Proven skills in site management, team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Understanding of construction safety practices, quality control, and material management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site at Reko Diq, Balochistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with industrial buildings, factory construction, LGS structures, and PEB sheds will be considered a strong advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role requires full-time, in-person presence at the project site.
