Construction Manager

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all specified requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, engineers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget constraints.
- Track and manage construction materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain availability.
- Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Monitor expenses closely to prevent unnecessary costs.
- Identify potential issues that could cause delays or impact quality and implement solutions.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status, expenses, and challenges.
- Ensure projects are fully completed and ready for handover in accordance with specifications.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction projects or site operations.
- Proven experience in supervising construction workers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, understand project costs, and manage material requirements.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and handling unexpected challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of construction practices and material costs specific to Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with commercial buildings, office renovations, or interior fit-outs is advantageous.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs70,000 per month.
- Work location is on-site, providing hands-on management and direct involvement in projects.
