Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Manager with 3-5 years of proven onsite experience to oversee and manage construction activities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to specifications. This role requires excellent coordination skills with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, architects, and clients, along with the ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor teams, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress, including materials, manpower, and work quality to maintain project standards.
- Identify and resolve onsite construction challenges promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and progress reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report regularly on project progress and any site-related issues to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated onsite construction experience.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising construction sites.
- Previous roles such as Construction Manager, Civil Manager, Assistant Construction Manager, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, and construction best practices.
- Ability to supervise contractors and site teams effectively during daily operations.
- Experience in monitoring project progress, quality control, material usage, and adherence to timelines.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), measurements, and site requirements.
- Skilled in coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and site management capabilities.
