Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a practical and hands-on supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites located in Lahore and Islamabad. This role is field-based and requires someone who is confident in managing labor teams and ensuring smooth progress of construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and the ability to address site challenges promptly while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise labor and daily construction activities on site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate work sequences, manage materials, and liaise with subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor progress and workmanship, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Identify and resolve site issues by implementing practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain site safety protocols and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E.) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of hands-on site supervision experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of practical construction site experience.

Hands-on experience in construction site supervision is essential for this role, as the candidate will be expected to manage on-site activities directly and effectively.
