Construction Site Supervisor

This full-time, on-site Construction Site Supervisor position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. The role focuses on overseeing construction and fit-out activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the required standards. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating contractors and materials, interpreting technical drawings, monitoring quality and progress, maintaining accurate site records, and enforcing strict safety procedures. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 60,000 to 100,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all construction and fit-out activities on-site to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resource availability.
- Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction processes accurately.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date site records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve any site-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to manage multiple contractors and teams.
- Proficient in maintaining site documentation and reporting.
