We are seeking a Property / Real Estate Consultant to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Improve the company’s brand presence, and sales while generating creative marketing campaigns to upscale the business.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to deliver the company’s marketing plan in line with the brand values and business strategies defined.
- Drive the commercial objectives of the business, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Possess a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-5 years with leading developers in Pakistan in Sales and Marketing specifically in Mixed used high-rise development.
- Bachelor or Master in sales and marketing from a reputable institute.
- Full command of MS Office and PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Sound Experience in Sales for a reputed Developmental Organization
