Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert surgical treatment to patients diagnosed with gynecologic cancers.
- Collaborate closely with other specialist colleagues to deliver integrated cancer care.
- Participate actively in the development and enhancement of gynecologic oncology services within the hospital.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient management and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Contribute to clinical audits, research activities, and continuous professional development initiatives related to gynecologic oncology.
Required Qualifications
- FRCS with CCST in gynecology, along with evidence of satisfactory completion of sub-specialty training in gynecologic oncology surgery.
- Alternatively, American Board certification in gynecologic surgery with sub-specialty training in gynecologic oncology surgery.
- Full registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in computer skills relevant to clinical documentation and communication.
