Pak-Qatar Group, a leading Islamic financial services organization in Pakistan, is seeking a full-time Consultant based in Hyderabad District. The group offers a wide range of Shariah-compliant savings and protection solutions through its subsidiaries, including Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited, Pak-Qatar General Takaful Limited, Pak-Qatar Investment (Private) Limited, and Pak-Qatar Asset Management Company Limited. The Consultant will play a key role in supporting clients by analyzing their financial needs and recommending appropriate Shariah-compliant products and investment solutions. This position requires strong adherence to Islamic finance principles while delivering tailored financial advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and provide detailed explanations of Shariah-compliant products and services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports that align with client needs and group policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are consistent with Islamic finance guidelines and company standards.
- Monitor market trends and developments to offer up-to-date advice and contribute to business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client interactions and financial recommendations.
- Provide ongoing client relationship management and service support to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical and advisory skills focused on financial products, investments, and risk management within the framework of Islamic finance.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including consultation, negotiation, and clear, professional communication.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and product information using standard office and collaboration tools.
- Solid understanding of Shariah-compliant financial concepts, Takaful products, and asset management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Islamic finance are considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment while managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance/Takaful, or asset/investment management is preferred.
- High ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering client-focused solutions aligned with Islamic values.
