Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting multiple client departments. Collaborate effectively to tackle complex challenges and provide practical, insightful solutions. Manage and maintain Windows 11 and Mac OS environments, including administration of Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft 365 suite. Oversee Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems to ensure secure access management. Engage with clients across diverse industries, contributing to sector-agnostic teams for a comprehensive experience. Employ a client-centric mindset to address strategic problems by leveraging technology, people, and innovation. Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in customer service, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS platforms is essential.
