ContactVA is seeking an experienced AI-Native Full-Stack Developer proficient in Flutter, web technologies, and AI integration to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years in professional software development with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, capable of developing and maintaining production mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role demands hands-on experience in app publishing, managing deployment pipelines, and resolving related store issues. Candidates should also have a solid foundation in full-stack web development, including API design, server-side development, and database management. While this position does not involve team management, it calls for collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications using Cursor AI SDK and other technologies.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of app deployment including publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, handling signatures, provisioning profiles, and resolving store submission issues.
Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications using Node.js frameworks like Express.js and NestJS.
Integrate AI capabilities specifically with Cursor AI SDK to enhance application features and functionality.
Build responsive web applications leveraging modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Next.js, ensuring seamless cross-platform user experiences.
Manage database schema design, query optimization, and data consistency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
Collaborate closely with product teams, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features with a customer-focused approach.
Ensure security best practices are incorporated into code and architecture to protect data and maintain user privacy.
Conduct thorough debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning to optimize application efficiency.
Continuously update skills and knowledge related to AI, full-stack development, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within projects.
