Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve your own sales target in a proactive manner and develop & nurture the market
  • Drive, manage & build the Business Development Team for Inside and Outside Sales
  • Drive the marketing strategy for Local and International market
  • Absorb the product knowledge and become an expert in Technical Solution Selling
  • Explore different market verticals and partner with the leadership to develop effective business development strategy
  • Develop & maintain friendly & trustworthy result oriented relationships with Customers and Potential Customers
  • Maintain a considerable pipeline of opportunities
  • Keep the CRM up to date
  • Do effective key account management and coordination
  • Present/upsell new products and services and enhance relationships with existing customers
  • Explore new business opportunities, always be on the lookout to make new sales
  • Participate in relevant industry events and create a noticeable presence for the organizations
  • Share insights and reports with the leadership on monthly basis
  • Travel on need basis
  • Any additional task as assigned by the management

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 Year experience in Business Development as a whole
  • Must have worked at Similar position in IT, SAAS, ICT Solutions, Relationship management and Account Handling, experience of selling Contact Center & Unified Communication Solutions will be preferred 

Education

  • BBA/BBIT, MBA/MBIT from a well reputed educational institute or has equivalent wisdom
